1. Scope and Nature of This Platform
This website is operated as a backer survey and pledge management platform in connection with a crowdfunding campaign conducted via Kickstarter.
This is not a traditional online store. No standard consumer purchase contract for finished goods is concluded through this platform.
Any payments made through this platform are directly related to a crowdfunding project that is in development.
2. No Right of Withdrawal
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
By completing a transaction on this platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are not purchasing a finished product
- You are supporting a crowdfunding project
- The project may involve risks including delays or changes
3. Non Refundable Payments
All payments made through this platform are final and non refundable.
This applies to:
- Kickstarter related pledge payments processed through this platform
- Add ons and additional items
- Shipping fees
- Upgrades or changes to rewards
Once a payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed.
4. Kickstarter Framework
This project follows the principles of Kickstarter.
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Rewards are not guaranteed
- Delivery timelines are estimates only
- Product specifications may change
- Delays or failure to deliver may occur
Your contribution is made at your own risk.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal grounds constitutes a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
- Contest any chargeback
- Provide evidence to payment providers
- Suspend or terminate your access
- Take further legal action if necessary
6. Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted at our sole and absolute discretion in exceptional cases.
There is no legal entitlement to a refund.
