Shipping Policy

1. General Information
Shipping is carried out after the completion of the Kickstarter campaign and production phase.

2. Estimated Delivery
All delivery timelines are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to:

• Manufacturing issues
• Supplier delays
• Logistics constraints

No guaranteed delivery date is provided.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are charged separately and are non refundable.

4. Address Responsibility
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Customs and Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These costs are generally borne by the backer.

In selected cases, certain pledge levels or perks may include coverage of shipping costs and or import duties by us. Such coverage, if applicable, is explicitly stated in the respective Kickstarter campaign, reward description, or survey selection.

Any such coverage:

• Applies only to the specific perk or pledge level where it is explicitly indicated
• Does not apply retroactively
• Does not create a general entitlement for other backers or orders

If no such coverage is explicitly stated, all shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes remain the sole responsibility of the backer.

6. Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:

• Incorrect address
• Refusal of delivery
• Unpaid customs

OUR OFFICE ADDRESS IS NOT VALID FOR RETURNS.

Reshipping will require additional payment.

7. Loss and Damage
Risk transfers to the backer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, where legally permissible.
