This platform is operated as a Kickstarter backer survey and pledge management system.
By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
2. No Traditional Sale
This platform does not sell finished consumer goods.
Any transaction is part of a crowdfunding process and does not constitute a traditional purchase agreement.
3. Risk Acknowledgment
You explicitly acknowledge that:
- The project is in development
- Outcomes are uncertain
- Delays are likely
- Changes may occur
You accept these risks in full.
4. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Delivery dates
- Final specifications
- Availability of rewards
All descriptions are indicative and subject to change.
5. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your data up to date
- Respond to survey requests in time
Failure to do so may result in delays or loss of entitlement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Production delays
- Logistics issues
- Changes in product design
- Partial or full non delivery
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
8. Right to Modify or Cancel
We reserve the right to:
- Modify the project
- Adjust rewards
- Cancel or limit participation
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by German law.
